You might want a colleague to help with a whole project, or a client to review one comparison. Choose what they need to see before sharing. Sharing controls appear when your role and deployment support them. You need permission to manage access to the item. If Share is missing, ask its owner or a manager.

Choose what to share

For example, share Elephas Teams Launch with a teammate who needs the research, plan, and tasks. Share only the Sign-in options Table with a reviewer who needs that comparison. Share only a Skill when a colleague should follow your procedure without seeing the rest of the Work. An artifact share adds access. It cannot hide an artifact from someone who can already read the whole Work.

Share with a named person

  1. Open the Work or artifact and choose Share.
  2. Select an existing team member, or choose someone outside and enter their email address.
  3. Choose View, Edit, or, for an internal member, Manage. View allows reading; Edit allows changes; Manage also allows sharing and access changes.
  4. Review Let them use it with their AI apps. It starts enabled for team members and disabled for outside recipients. Choose deliberately for the material you are sharing.
  5. Set Until if access should end on a particular date.
  6. Read the access preview and confirm the change.
Sharing with an existing team member grants access directly. For someone outside, Ligura creates an invitation link. Copy it while it is displayed and send it yourself; Ligura does not email sharing invitations. Outside recipients become guests for the shared items. They can have View or Edit access, cannot become their managers, and cannot see retained change history. Visible content can still be copied, and guests can download shared files. An invitation link is for the email address you entered. The recipient must sign in with that address and accept. Forwarding it to a different person does not give that person access. The link expires after seven days. This is the deadline to accept the invitation. An Until date is a separate limit on the resulting access. After acceptance, the recipient can find directly shared items under Shared with you. A link copied from the browser address bar is useful for someone who already has access, but it does not grant permission on its own. Anonymous public links are not currently available. There is no supported “anyone with the link” option. Use a named invitation when the recipient does not already have access.

Review or end access

Open the Work’s Access tab or the artifact’s Access panel to inspect who has access and where it comes from. A manager can change or remove a direct grant, or manage pending invitations. Removing one direct grant may leave access through the workspace or another source. Check the resulting access shown by Ligura. Similarly, giving someone View access does not reduce Edit access they already have through their workspace. For team Works, Restricted limits ordinary workspace access to named people. Owners and admins retain oversight. Read the preview before restricting a Work or opening it back to the workspace. Revoking a pending invitation stops it being accepted. Getting a new invitation link invalidates the previous link. For someone who has already accepted, manage their actual access rather than only the invitation. Removing access prevents future authorized retrieval; it cannot recall copies someone already saved. AI apps must also have current permission to retrieve the shared material. Check that you signed in with the invited email address. Ask the sender for a new link if it expired or was replaced. If an item you previously opened is unavailable, its access may have changed; ask its manager to review the Access panel. For workspace invitations and team roles, see work with your team.
