Describe what you want to keep
You don’t need to choose an artifact type or understand its technical structure. Ligura gives connected AI apps descriptions of the available tools, supported content formats, and guidance for saving and continuing work. The AI can use that information to choose a suitable format for your request.Save this comparison and the next steps in Elephas Teams Launch so we can continue later. The AI can save the comparison as a Table and the actions as Tasks. Ask it to confirm what it saved and where, and review the result in Ligura. If the intended Work or content is unclear, it should ask you to clarify. The guide below explains the formats you may see. You can name a format when you have a preference, but you don’t need to memorize them or write a special command.
Page: notes, plans, research, and links
Use a Page for written material: a research summary, specification, launch plan, reference notes, or a useful web resource. A Page can include text, sections, and links.Save this customer research summary and its source links in Elephas Teams Launch. You can keep a link to a Google Drive or OneDrive resource. Saving a link does not import that service’s contents, sync later edits, or change who can open the original document.
Table: structured comparisons and records
Use a Table when rows and columns help: competitor comparisons, vendor research, experiment results, or a shortlist of options. Tables keep those entries structured so they can be retrieved and updated later.Keep this comparison of sign-in options, including each provider’s features, cost, and limitations.
Tasks: the actions to finish
Use Tasks for a list of actionable items within the Work. Items can include an owner and due date, with statuses such as open, in progress, done, and cancelled.Add tasks to investigate SSO, draft the launch email, and review the onboarding flow.Tasks track the actions. They do not replace the research or decisions that explain those actions.
State: where the Work stands now
State gives a future session a compact picture of the Work: the current situation, direction, settled decisions, constraints, rejected approaches, and open questions.Update the State: the launch is waiting on SSO research. Keep the current pricing unchanged and record the supported identity providers as an open question.Keep State current as the Work changes. It should help someone get oriented without reading every saved item.
Decision: what you chose and why
A Decision keeps a choice with its reasoning, alternatives, and consequences. Use it when you want future sessions to understand why you chose one approach or rejected another.Save our decision to launch with email sign-in first, including why we deferred SSO and what would make us reconsider.A recommendation you haven’t accepted should remain proposed. Once you settle the choice, it can become current. If you later reverse it, preserve the old reasoning and record the new decision that replaces it.
Handoff: what the next session needs
A Handoff is a short wrap-up: what changed, decisions made, unresolved issues, warnings, and suggested next steps. It helps another session or teammate continue. It is not a copy of the conversation.Wrap up this session with a Handoff for Elephas Teams Launch. Include what changed, what is unresolved, and the suggested next steps.State describes where the Work stands. A Handoff describes what the latest session leaves for the next one. You can use either or both. Decision and Handoff creation depends on whether those features are enabled for your deployment. If your app cannot create one, keep the relevant information in a Page until it is available.
Skill: a procedure to repeat
A Skill keeps a way of working that you want any connected AI app to follow again: a release review, a client brief template, or a contract checklist. It holds step-by-step instructions in aSKILL.md file, in the open Agent Skills format, and can include supporting text files.
Save the steps we just followed as a Ligura skill in Elephas Teams Launch.A new Skill is saved as a Draft. Review it in Ligura and mark it Current when it’s ready for reuse. Read reuse a procedure with Skills for how to use, update, share, and download Skills.
